th444 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and th444 ("th444," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at th444.vip.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the th444 platform — including but not limited to its games, promotional features, payment services, customer support channels, and any associated mobile or web interfaces — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the th444 platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of th444 after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use th444, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for online gambling participation in the Philippines as set by PAGCOR is 21 years. th444 enforces this requirement strictly. Registration or use of the platform by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Geographic restrictions: You must not be accessing th444 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using th444 is lawful in your location before doing so.
4. No existing exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or exclusion imposed by th444 or any relevant gaming authority.
5. Single account: You may hold only one registered account on th444. Registering more than one account — whether in your name or under a different name — is a breach of these Terms.

To access real-money gaming at th444, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number registered in the Philippines.
• Promptly update your account information whenever any registered details change.
• Not use a false identity or impersonate another person.
• Not register on behalf of, or for the use of, any third party.

Account credentials and security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your th444 username and password. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to keep your credentials secure. th444 will never contact you to request your password. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported to th444 support immediately.

Account activity responsibility: All activity conducted through your th444 account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility. th444 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

One account per person: Each player is permitted one active account. th444 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual may be closed, bonuses forfeited, and balances withheld pending investigation.

4.1 Deposits. th444 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment methods are subject to change; the current list of accepted methods is displayed in your account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit facilities, or borrowed funds are prohibited. th444 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have completed KYC requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where applicable. Processing times vary by payment method:

• GCash and Maya: same business day for verified accounts under standard limits
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay: typically within 5 business hours
• PesoNet bank transfers: same or next business day

4.3 Fees. th444 does not charge transaction fees on standard GCash deposits or withdrawals for verified accounts. Fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary are outside th444's control and are your responsibility.

4.4 Currency. All balances, bets, and transactions on th444 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). th444 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion fees for non-PHP sources are the responsibility of the player.

4.5 Inactive accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. th444 reserves the right to charge an account maintenance fee on inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, with prior notice provided to the registered email address.

th444 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published with the individual offer:

1. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual bonus terms before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
2. Time limits: Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the individual offer. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements on expired bonuses result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
3. Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, including th444 Casino tables, may contribute a lower percentage than slots. Contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
4. Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, players may not place single bets exceeding ₱500 (or the equivalent in free spins) unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. Single bonus policy: Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless th444 expressly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
6. Bonus abuse: th444 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where it detects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated play across multiple accounts, staking patterns designed to reduce risk during bonus wagering, or exploitation of promotional errors.
7. No cash equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or sold.

6.1 Game availability. th444 offers slots, live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo), bingo, fish shooting games, and keno. The availability of specific games may vary due to maintenance, provider changes, or geographic restrictions. th444 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game.

6.2 Malfunction and technical errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game disruption, th444 reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by the error. Round results that are clearly erroneous — including pay-out amounts that are obviously incorrect due to a technical fault — will not be honored. th444 will make reasonable efforts to restore game history and credit player balances appropriately in the event of verified system errors.

6.3 Game rules. The rules of individual games are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering. th444 is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.4 Connection interruptions. th444 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power outage. Players should ensure a stable connection before placing wagers on live dealer games where round completion depends on an uninterrupted session.

6.5 Responsible gaming tools. Players may use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings to set deposit, session, and loss limits. These tools are described further in Section 10 of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the th444 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or using more than one account (whether in your own name or any other name).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players during live casino games or any game format where collusion could influence outcomes.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using th444 for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or technical errors rather than reporting them to th444 support.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward th444 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt th444's technical infrastructure through hacking, denial of service attacks, or similar methods.
• Using the th444 platform for any purpose prohibited by Philippine law.

All content on the th444 platform — including but not limited to the th444 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of th444 or its licensed partners and suppliers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the th444 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any th444 content.

Game content displayed on th444, including slots, live casino streams, and arcade games, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Unauthorized recording, streaming, or reproduction of game content is prohibited.

th444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at th444.vip/privacy-policy. By registering on th444 and accepting these Terms, you also agree to the th444 Privacy Policy.

th444 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, fulfill KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, personalize your experience, and provide customer support.

th444 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or applicable gaming regulations.

th444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Online gaming should be a form of entertainment. When it ceases to be enjoyable or begins to affect your financial situation, relationships, or wellbeing, it is time to take a break.

th444 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session time limits: Configure maximum session duration with optional automatic logout.
• Loss limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, up to 12 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account with th444. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, you will not receive promotional communications from th444.

th444 is a 21+ only platform. We support efforts to prevent underage gambling and take reports of minors accessing the platform seriously. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, th444's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your th444 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

th444 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account closures resulting from breach.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or service partners over which th444 has no direct control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

The th444 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

th444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain KYC verification requirements.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account relationship.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from a Philippine regulatory authority or court order.

Upon account closure for cause, th444 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds are legitimate and no breach has occurred, the balance will be returned to the account holder via the last verified payment method on record.

Voluntary closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting th444 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment method on record after any active wagering requirements have been settled.

th444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, th444 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to registered players and will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter player rights or obligations) may be published without advance notice.

Continued use of the th444 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using th444 and close your account before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of th444 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Dispute resolution process: Before initiating any formal proceedings, players are required to contact th444 customer support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. th444 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to the applicable Philippine regulatory authority. Both parties agree to exhaust administrative remedies before pursuing legal proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where such relief is necessary to prevent imminent harm.
